Physical Therapy/Occupational Therapy

CMG provides a variety of Physical Therapy services at our Layton Avenue
Rehabilitation Center.

Our Philosophy is to
Provide high quality physical therapy services to each individual while stressing personalized care.

Develop and progress treatment programs using a team of qualified professionals
which can include a physical therapist, a physical therapy assistant, a trainer and a Technician.

Consider all aspects of the patient's health and lifestyle in order to ensure
successful rehabilitation.

Encourage patients to express any ideas or suggestions which they may have to help with their treatment planning.

Ankle Problems
Sprains/strains and post fractures

Back Problems
Sprains/strains, Sciatica, disc pathologies

Balance Problems
Frequent falling, gait training, CVA

Elbow Problems
Tennis and golfer’s elbow

Finger Problems
Sprains/strains, Status Post surgical repairs

Foot Problems
Plantar Fascitis and post-fractures

Knee Problems
Patellofemoral pain, ligamentous trains/sprains and post-operative repairs, post Fracture and patellar subluxation

Neck Problems
Strains/sprains, radiculopathy, disc disease and headaches
Rib & Thoracic Problems
Sprains/strains, auto accidents and musculoskeletal pain with breathing

Shoulder Problems
Impingement, tendonitis, dislocation,sprains/strains, AC joint separation, Rotator Cuff Repair

Wrist Problems
Carpal tunnel and sprains

Hand Therapy
The CMG Hand Therapy Department works collaboratively with Hand Specialits, Orthopedic Surgeons and Primary Care Physicians to insure that their patients with hand and upper extremity injuries receive targeted therapy by our hand therapy specialist.

Our Certified Hand Therapists are qualified to treat tendonitis, fractures, cysts/ganglions, nerve palsy, dislocations, ligament injuries, traumatic hand injuries (tendon lacerations, nerve compression injuries, postsurgical shoulder (rotator cuff repair) and hand injuries, arthritis and infections.
