Ultrasound

Ultrasound Imaging provides another valuable non-invasive monitoring and diagnostic tool for our physicians. With ultrasound, energy in the form of sound waves is reflected off internal organs or, during pregnancy, the fetus. The
reflected sound waves are transformed into an image on a TV-type monitor. It can be a useful tool for heart and circulatory monitoring as well as pregnancy, breast and gynecological exams.

Ultrasound is a quick and comfortable procedure. It does not involve any harmful radiation, drugs, dyes or chemicals making it an extremely valuable non-invasive procedure.

Equipment:
CMG use state of the art high resolution and Color Doppler imaging

Facilities:
All three of our ultrasound facilities are American College of Radiology Accredited

Staff:
All technologists are highly experienced and Board Certified
All exams are overseen by an on-site Board Certified Radiologist
All Cardiac Studies are interpreted by a Board Certified Cardiologist
