Commonwealth Medical Group was established in 1998 as a way for physicians to better manage their patients healthcare
by implementing policies, procedures and programs dedicated to early intervention and cost control.
Commonwealth focuses on keeping our patients healthy, believing that strategy to be the key to lowering healthcare costs.
To do this we strive to:
Provide easy patient access to physicians
(geographically close to home and workplace)
to encourage patient visits. Diagnose and treat a wide range of health care
problems before they become chronic or life threatening
(and very expensive for employers, employees
and the payors). Provide a comprehensive program that allows
patients to be involved in the decision process
regarding their health (LifeSteps Program).
